Ingredients
| 1 | muffin tin lined with paper cases |
| 140 g | flour |
| 1 tsp | baking powder |
| 1 pinch | of salt |
| 90 g | sugar |
| 125 g | double cream |
| 1 | egg |
| ¼ tsp | vanilla |
| 40 ml | oil (rapeseed) |
| 80 g | raspberries (fresh or frozen) |
| 50 g | white chocolate, chopped |
Preparation
- Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla and sugar.
- Also mix together the double cream, egg and oil and whisk until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
- Add the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar mixture and stir well.
- Add the chopped chocolate and finally the raspberries, do not stir too much so that the raspberries keep their shape.
- Pour in the mixture and bake in the 180°C recirculation oven (approx. 20-30 min.), or with the baking sensor with the Muffins program.
